Job Description For : General Manager Civil Design
Job Responsibilities :Co-ordinating with Site Team, Internal Departments, Consultants & Contractors. Analysis & Design of Steel Structures.Development of structural arrangement & connection designEstimating & Costing of Projects for Civil & Structural work.Preparation of Budget for Project.
Tender DocumentPreparation / Review of Steel Structure Design DrawingsReview of Steel Structure Fabrication Drawings. Preparation along with BOQ for Civil and Structural work.Review of Vendors design & drawingsPre-Project Quantity EstimationChecking of User requirement & Technical specification for Item code.
Review of RA Bills for Civil Contractors. Preparing PR for material required for civil and structural work. Review of civil scope drawings, analysis and design, review of design and drawings prepared by consultant.Inter-department coordination for finalization of steel structure design & drawings Monitor and Control Project activities in terms of Quality, Cost and Timelines. Reporting to VP DesignDesired
Profile :Hands-on experience & Sound knowledge of Design for Industry/ Plant/Steel /Heavy Engineering etc.Hands on exp on Design Softwares like Staad Pro, CAD, MS etc.
Experience of handling multiple locationsGood communication skills & team leading skills and be willing to travelProficient in using computer.Good stability and having worked at multiple locations will preferred
Qualification : BE/B Tech Civil Engg.
Location: Navi Mumbai, Thane & Kolkata
