2. Senior Manager/Manager Property Acquisition

Location: Mumbai, Pune

Job Description:

• He will be responsible for short-listing and acquisition of Properties/Lands
• He will cover one or two region, depending on the company’s plan.
• He will conduct Research and analysis of property in terms of realistic market prices if required.
• He will be involved in meeting local developers, builders, landlords, and brokers to acquire the property.
• He will also handle initial negotiations with potential sellers before scheduling a final meeting with the director to close the deal.
• He will regularly travel as necessary to different places.
• He will coordinate and liaise with local statutory authorities, govt. officers, real estate brokers and lawyers.
