Job description
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the companys business objectives.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and create a value proposition for different product lines.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to support the growth and development of the company’s products in the building materials industry.
- Create and manage demand generation programs that include lead nurturing, content marketing, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and conversion strategies.
- Develop product marketing strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotion plans.
- Collaborate with R&D, product management, and sales to successfully launch new products.
- Conduct market research to identify product trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Review daily progress of monthly target, find out the gaps and assign specific task to achieve the set targets
- Conduct periodic review meetings of marketing team and take corrective action for achieving the targets and review pending action points for timely compliance
- Assist the company’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, website management, and digital advertising.
- Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other events to promote products and network with key industry stakeholders.
- Ensure effective participation in industry-specific events to generate leads and build relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics, consumer behaviour, and feedback.
