Job Description :

• Handling Enquiries / sending offers & circulars to Client,
• Follow-up thru calls and e-mails with Clients for orders / payment,
• Update monthly Reports (viz sales & marketing activities, payment collection / projection) Offers sent
• Sales Order booking, Payment collection, Payment projection and machines dispatch details,
• Maintain Client & PO Files, keeping record of active & non-active cases,
• keeping Principal offer file, keeping stock of catalogues, Reconcile sales ledger with accounts dept & Clients,
• Assisting Marketing Manager in compilation of Offer, catalogues & other documents during their visits and also in day to day activities
• Required Profile :
• Qualification Minimum graduate
• Languages English, Hindi and local language
• MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Location : Thane & Navi Mumbai
Salary : Salary will depending on his skill, expertise, education and experience Background.
